Hey Vikas! Great work with your wonderful restaurants, and this blog! I loved reading through your posts. Each and every tip you provide her is very useful, and reminds me of how my mom taught me to cook! I was first introduced to you/your recipes when your recipe was featured in our cafe for an India's Independence Day Special, and later by a friend's husband who is also a chef and follows your work closely. While, I've never really been to your restaurant (would love to!) I've been reading up quite a lot of the stuff you've published. Keep up the good work! And, good luck for the second season of Master Chef!
